We run the certification process for you: the PHPP energy modelling, the evidence, and the paperwork. You deal with one team from start to finish.

The one thing we keep at arm's length is the final compliance sign-off. That stays with an accredited, independent third-party certifier. Independent assessment is how the international Passivhaus standard works, and it's what makes the certificate worth having.

And we show the cost of certification clearly, upfront, so there are no surprises about what's involved.
