Chasing a certified Passivhaus usually means juggling several parties. We run the process for you, and keep the one part that has to stay independent exactly that.
We run the certification process for you: the PHPP energy modelling, the evidence, and the paperwork. You deal with one team from start to finish.
The one thing we keep at arm's length is the final compliance sign-off. That stays with an accredited, independent third-party certifier, which is what makes the certificate worth having. We run the process, but we never mark our own homework.
And we show the cost of certification clearly, upfront, so there are no surprises about what's involved.
Not every client wants to go all the way to certification, and that is fine. Our high-performance homes use the same principles and detailing without the formal process.
